Farm Animal Frolic

Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm invites you to join us for our first big event of the 2019! The Farm Animal Frolic is two weekends of fun on the farm with baby animals. There will be pony rides, horse and wagon rides, games, visits with animals, homemade food, and much more. The Friends of Quiet Valley will be doing their plant sale and Timeless Treasure sales. Admission is $8 per adult and $5 per child ages 3-12 years old.
Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center’s wildlife presentations –Saturday May 18th at 12:30am and 2:00pm Kathy Uhler and her staff will offer two presentations on local wildlife with some of the rehabilitation center’s resident animals. Learn more about this wonderful non-profit organization and their mission of wild animal rescue and education.
Civil War – U.S. Detachment of Engineers – Saturday & Sunday May 18th – May 19th – The U.S. Detachment of Engineers will be here this year showing map making practices that took place during the Civil War. Visitors will enjoy the excellent reenactment and this special glimpse into an important part of our country’s history.
